Privacy Policy
UAE Corporate Tax Filing · Last updated: 8 August 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal jargon. If anything here is unclear, please ask us — our contact details are at the bottom.
1. Who we are
UAE Corporate Tax Filing is a service operated by Elite Edge Accounting & Bookkeeping, an accounting and bookkeeping firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Elite Edge Accounting & Bookkeeping is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, which means it decides why and how that information is used.
Our registered office is at Office No. 1810, Tamani Arts Building, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. What information we collect
Information you give us directly
We collect what you type into the forms on this website:
- Corporate tax review form — your name, contact number, email address, the type of business you run, and an approximate annual turnover range.
Only your name and one way of contacting you are strictly required; the other fields help us respond usefully, but you can leave them blank. If you call or email us instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data from your visit — our hosting provider records standard server information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
- Advertising measurement — if you reach us by clicking one of our Google Ads, Google's advertising tag records that the visit came from an ad and whether you went on to submit a form or tap a call button. This tells us which ads work. It is used for measuring advertising only.
We do not use general website analytics, session recording, heatmaps, or social media tracking pixels on this site.
What we do not collect here
This website does not take payments and does not ask for financial account details, passwords, passport or Emirates ID numbers. Please do not send sensitive documents or identification through the website forms — if we need those to act for you, we will agree a secure way to share them.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your enquiry and answer your questions;
- prepare a quote or proposal, and carry out the work you engage us for;
- contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or messaging, using the contact details you gave us;
- meet our own legal, regulatory and professional obligations as an accounting firm, including client due diligence and record keeping;
- keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse;
- measure whether our advertising is working.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will not add you to a marketing mailing list off the back of a service enquiry without asking you first.
4. Our legal basis for using it
We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and its Executive Regulation. Depending on the situation, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Your consent — you chose to submit a form and asked us to get in touch. You can withdraw this at any time.
- Performance of a contract — where we are providing, or preparing to provide, services to you.
- Compliance with a legal obligation — where UAE law or our professional obligations require us to collect or retain information.
- Our legitimate interests — running and securing our website and understanding whether our advertising is effective, in a way that does not override your rights.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They process data on our instructions only. This is the complete list:
| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Web3Forms | Delivers website form submissions to our inbox | Everything you type into a form |
| Vercel | Hosts and serves this website | Technical request data, including your IP address |
| Google (Google Ads) | Measures whether our ads lead to enquiries | That an ad click led to a form submission or call tap — not the contents of your form |
Beyond these, we may share information where we are legally required to — for example with a regulator, tax authority or court — or with our own professional advisers where necessary.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. This site uses very few:
- Advertising cookies — set by Google when you arrive from one of our ads, so that a resulting enquiry can be attributed to the right ad. These are only set if you arrive via an ad.
- Administrator login cookie — used only by our own staff to stay signed in to the content administration area. It is never set for ordinary visitors.
We do not use advertising cookies to build a profile of you or to follow you around other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally if you do.
7. Where your information is held
Our service providers operate internationally, so your information may be stored or processed on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the provider offers an appropriate level of protection, as required by UAE data protection law.
8. How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to us working together, we keep your details only as long as we reasonably need them to follow up, and then delete them.
If you become a client, we keep your information for the duration of our engagement and afterwards for as long as we are required to by UAE law and our professional obligations. Accounting and tax records in the UAE generally must be retained for a minimum of five years, and longer in certain cases.
9. How we protect it
This website is served entirely over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiry emails is limited to the members of our team who need it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take these obligations seriously and review them as our systems change.
10. Your rights
Under UAE data protection law you have the right to ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we are using it;
- transfer your information to another provider in a structured, machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these, email us at info@eliteedgeuae.com. We will respond as promptly as we can. There is no charge. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you may raise a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
11. Children
Our services are intended for businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make a significant change, we will make that clear on this page.
